Privacy & contact details

Short, because there is not much to say. This page exists so that anyone who receives an email from us can see exactly what we hold, where it came from, and how to make it stop.

If you want out: reply "no" to any email, or write to [email protected]. Your details are deleted and you will not hear from us again. No reason needed, nothing to click through, no confirmation loop.

Who we are

BIG LAB LLC (an Arizona LLC), 5151 N 16th Street, Mailbox 225, Phoenix, AZ 85016, US. Contact: [email protected]. We are the controller for the personal data described below.

What we hold, if we have written to you

  • Your name, job title, employer and work email address.
  • Where we found those details, and the date.
  • Whether we have written to you, and anything you replied.

That is all. No enrichment profiles, no behavioural scoring, no tracking pixels in our email, no sale or sharing of contact data with anyone.

Where it came from

Public professional sources: your employer's website, your professional profile, a conference programme, a published case study, or a public code or model repository. We do not buy contact lists.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Legitimate interest (UK/EU GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in contacting a named professional about an evaluation service relevant to their stated role at their employer. Because we obtained your details from a third-party source rather than from you, Article 14 requires that we tell you we hold them and how to object. This page and the footer on every email we send are how we do that.

You can object at any time, and we act on it immediately. Objection means deletion, not suppression-with-a-record.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Ask at [email protected] and you will get an answer within 30 days, usually the same week. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority; in the UK that is the ICO.

Retention

Outreach contact records are deleted 12 months after the last contact, or immediately on request. Records relating to a client engagement are held for the term of that engagement plus the retention period stated in the engagement letter.

Evaluation data is separate

This page covers contact details only. Client checkpoints, model weights, endpoints, credentials and trial transcripts are governed by the engagement agreement, not by this page. Published register entries contain model results, never personal data.

The site itself

No third-party scripts, no analytics, no advertising, no cookies beyond a local theme preference stored in your browser and never sent to us. The report-request form sends only what you type in it.
